Rebecca is a Solicitor Apprentice in the Property Litigation team. She initially joined Stephens Scown in June 2024 as a Paralegal in the Immigration team.
She has a bachelor degree in Law from Holland University Rotterdam in The Netherlands and LLM in Criminal Justice and Human Rights from the University of Aberdeen where she also completed a PhD in Law in 2021.
Her work in property litigation covers:
- Complex multi-track possession and disrepair claim.
- Advising on residential tenancies, Section 21 and Section 8 Notices.
- Contested and un-contested commercial lease renewals.
Outside of work, Rebecca can be found surfing and swimming and enjoying long distance walks.
