Rachel joined Stephens Scown in October 2025 as a paralegal in the Corporate team’s specialist Restructuring and Insolvency subsector.

Graduating from the University of Leeds in 2024, her work includes:

• Acting for insolvency practitioners, business people, creditors and debtors on matters relating to corporate and personal insolvencies.
• Advising directors and shareholders on corporate matters, particularly on lending and taking security.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys travelling, running, and going skiing in the winter.
