Millie joined Stephens Scown in September 2025, working as a paralegal in the Family Children team.

Specialising in matters around finances, children, and divorce, Millie works closely with victims of domestic violence and has undertaken Legal Aid applications, working on their behalf.

Examples of her work include:

• Helping vulnerable clients to complete Legal Aid applications and liaising with the Legal Aid Agency to provide supporting documentation.
• Preparing client witness statements in children and financial remedy proceedings.
• Supporting clients at court during Child Arrangement Order proceedings.

She completed her LLB in Law at The University of Birmingham, graduating in June 2022. Having spent time as a legal assistant, Millie is currently undertaking her LPC before starting her training contract in September 2026.

Outside of work, Millie enjoys fashion and food, spending time at the gym, and exploring Cornwall.
