Lisa joined Stephens Scown in December 2025, working as a senior associate in the Family team.
Having qualified in 2018, she has a broad range of family law experience in the areas of relationship breakdown and arrangements for children, with a particular focus on:
- High-net-worth financial remedy cases.
- Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.
- Cohabitation agreements.
- Complex trusts and cross-jurisdiction issues.
Lisa acts for a broad range of clients to include businessmen and women and homemakers, as well as those in the agricultural and farming sectors. She also represents many vulnerable clients who receive Personal Injury settlements, or similar, in respect of preserving their wealth so far as possible by way of nuptial agreements.
Her recent work has involved:
- Acting for intervenors in a case concerning family dynastic trusts, attempting to preserve the assets within such trust;
- Securing interim maintenance and financial provision for vulnerable parties;
- Private hearings, ensuring clients are informed as to all the create Non-Court Dispute Resolution options available to them to achieve resolution in a creative and cost-effective way; and
- Complex wealth protection, by way of a pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.
- Advising as to creative solutions in order to preserve the family home for the children.
As a trained Resolution Together lawyer, Lisa works with both parties to facilitate an agreement as to the finances on divorce by consent, ensuring both parties have an opportunity to work together constructively. By identifying problematic issues from the outset, with a non-court resolution focus, she achieves the best result for her clients in all circumstances.

Outside of work, Lisa is a regular gym goer and runner, as well as spending time walking her dog, and relaxing with a glass of wine.
