Some recent examples of her work include:
- Advised a registered provider of social housing (RP) on addressing serious anti-social behaviour across multiple tenure properties on the same estate.
- Advised a RP on a disrepair claim including tenant damage and disrepair, including making a strategy for addressing all parts and supported them in dealing with the complaint alongside the pre-action protocol response.
- Obtained a without notice Anti-Social Behaviour Injunction (ASBI) including an exclusion provision for a defendant who had explosive materials in his property and a IED had exploded (outside).
- Represented a RP client in a possession claim where the defendant had fluctuating capacity, which resulted in a capacity assessment being conducted over 10 separate visits by Social Services.
