Eloise joined Stephens Scown in February 2026, working as a paralegal in the Real Estate team’s specialist Rural subsector.  

Graduating from the University of Reading in 2021, her work includes:  

• Sales and purchases of commercial and rural property. 

• Leases of commercial and rural property 

• Farm sales and purchases 

• Farm business tenancies 

Eloise volunteers as a legal advisor for the Seal Research Trust and represents the trust on the Wildlife and Countryside Link Legal Panel.  

Outside of work, she enjoys surfing and rock climbing.
