Eleanor is a trainee solicitor in the Corporate team, having joined Stephens Scown in July 2023.
Eleanor graduated with a First Class Honours in LLB Law while working part-time for Reaching Wider, mentoring children from low-income backgrounds. She has also completed her LPC which was undertaken at Swansea University and started her training contract with us in September 2024.
Her work includes:
- Assisting with the drafting of ancillary documents relating to the acquisition of shares and assets.
- Drafting key documents for share purchase agreements.
- Creating precedent lists for key documentation.
Outside of work Eleanor has an interest in travel, living in the countryside, and trips to the gym.
