Christine joined Stephens Scown in September 2024 as a trainee solicitor, upon completion of her LPC and LLM with double distinctions. She undertook her first seat in the Construction Litigation Team, her second seat in the Corporate Team, her third seat in Woodland, Mines and Minerals Team and now she is in Property Litigation.
She is typically involved in:
- Complex multi-track possession and disrepair claim.
- Advising on residential tenancies, Section 21 and Section 8 Notices.
- Contested and un-contested commercial lease renewals.
She has also spent time on an overseas work placement in Hong Kong in the banking department as part of a cross-border investment project and on pro bono case work.
Outside of work, Christine enjoys playing the piano with attainment of grade 8. With training in choral conducting and vocal technique, Christine served different communities through her music and has joined Stephens Scown’s choir.
