Alisa joined Stephens Scown in October 2025, working as a solicitor in the Private Client team’s specialist Wealth Protection subsector.
Qualifying in 2025, she ensures clients wishes for the next generation are met and supports them through what can be challenging periods. She specialises in:
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Probate matters (taxable and non-taxable estates)
Examples of Alisa’s work include:
- Advising a HNW couple on their inheritance tax position and creation of Discretionary Trusts.
- Drawing up Wills for a HNW couple with assets abroad, including consideration of domicile/residence-based system and foreign Wills.
- Advising a family on multi-generational living arrangements and future estate planning, including inheritance tax considerations.
- Drawing up Wills for an unmarried couple and advising them on their inheritance tax position.
- Advising blended families on inheritance tax and future estate planning.
Outside of work, Alisa enjoys painting, having obtained an arts degree and showcasing her work at fairs. She also enjoys running, completing a London Landmarks Half Marathon.
