Alexandrea joined Stephens Scown in September 2025, working as a paralegal in the Real Estate team’s specialist Social Housing sector.
With previous experience as an estate agent valuing properties, negotiating sales, and sales progressing, her current areas of work include:
- New build shared ownership plots
- Resales
- Staircasing
- Open market disposals
Outside of work, Alexandrea enjoys exploring the Cornish coastline, spa days, exotic holidays, Pilates, and spending time with loved ones.
