Stephen is a solicitor in our Real Estate team specialising in property development. He qualified as a solicitor after completing his training contract with the firm completing seats in Social Housing, Planning, Property Litigation and Private Client. Prior to starting his training contract, Stephen was a paralegal, spending eight years with the firm doing property work.

Stephen acts for a wide range of clients including property developers and his work includes:

• Preparing developments sites for sales.
• Plot sales.
• Acquisitions and disposal of development sites.
• Freehold and leasehold residential sales and purchases.

Stephen enjoys keeping fit and volunteering in his spare time.
