Employee Owners Knowledge Sharing – The EO Advantage

Employee ownership continues to be adopted by businesses, even the recent changes to the Capital Gains Tax relief for sellers seems not to have put a great dent in interest. The desire to protect legacy, enhance culture and motivation, and empower and reward employees is the real heart of the benefit of EO.

But becoming employee owned in and of itself does not automatically unleash this – to unlock the impact of Great EO requires effort and a considered approach. With so much information available digitally and in print, combined with the already stretched capacity of people resource in businesses, how can you forge a path forward to unlock the EO Advantage?

One of the phenomenal aspects of becoming employee owned is that you join a community of like-minded businesses eager to share their experience from the path they have chartered. One of those businesses, Grapevine, are the deserving recipients of the 2025 eoa award for ‘EO Rising Star of the Year’ and in our next Employee Owners Knowledge Share they will be joining us to share their story and what we all might learn from it.

In January we look forward to welcoming two guest speakers from Grapevine, Liam Toms and Daisy Biggs, Communications & Engagement Manager and Helpdesk Support Apprentice.

Following the Q&A we will then divide into breakout rooms.

Join us for our informal knowledge share if you are an employee trustee, on an employee council, an employee owner, or from an employee-owned business with a vested interest, question to ask, or best practice to share.
