For the May knowledge share of employee owners we’re going to be focusing on how you celebrate employee ownership in your business, particularly pertinent with the annual employee ownership day on the horizon in June.

Celebrating employee ownership can help in your efforts to visualise and drive engagement with it, so we will encourage the group to share their experiences and successes in this space.

We will facilitate knowledge sharing through an introductory group scene-setter and then smaller breakout rooms.

Join us for our informal knowledge share if you are an employee trustee, on an employee council, an employee owner, or from an employee-owned business with a vested interest, question to ask, or best practice to share.
