Amy Ralston is an Associate Solicitor in the Intellectual Property and Technology team at Stephens Scown. Amy regularly works with innovative software businesses to help identify intellectual property assets, the available protections and ensure the right agreements are in place for commercialisation. Amy heads up the team’s IP Audit offering which audits a business’ intellectual property position and produces strategic recommendations to help the business bolster its IP and commercial protections, both pre and post commercialisation.
