Gaining good work experience is essential to a better understanding of your potential career path. At Stephens Scown, we ensure you gain hands-on insights into at least two different areas of law. You’ll also get to network with professionals and enjoy experience of both legal and support roles.
We give preference to candidates with a keen interest in applying for our Graduate Training Scheme – or those who’ve already applied.
How to apply
Applicants must be aged 18 or over.
Our next work experience weeks will take place on the following dates dependant on location:
- Truro Office – w/c 15th June 2026; or
- Exeter Office – w/c 22nd June 2026.
Our work experience application window will open on 16th March 2026 and will close at 9am on 7th April 2026.
Please provide your CV along with an accompanying cover letter stating which office you would like to apply for.
We reserve the right to close applications early if we a receive high volume of applications before the deadline.
