Employee Owners Knowledge Sharing – Getting Everyone ‘On The EO Bus’
Concept image showing icons of people connected by string as a metaphor for human connection

Jayne Harrison is the Employee Voice Manager at Shaw Healthcare, the largest employee-owned healthcare provider in the UK and the Employee Owned Business of the Year at the 2024 EOA Awards.

Those who have spent anytime with Jayne will know that she is passionate, pragmatic and is a true ‘facilitator’ of employee ownership. No easy feat to maintain when working in such a large organisation.

Across more than 60 care homes and with more than 3000 employees, Shaw have their work cut out to embed a culture of employee ownership. So how does Shaw get ‘everyone on the EO bus’? What challenges have they faced and how have they overcome them?

And as an integral part of the team driving towards this ambition, what role does Jayne play and what has she learnt on the way?

After Jayne has shared her journey and her reflections from what she has learned, we will then divide into small breakout rooms. This is an opportunity for you to network with your peers, ask questions and share advice from your own experience.

Join us for our informal knowledge share if you are an employee trustee, on an employee council, an employee owner, or from an employee-owned business with a vested interest, question to ask, or best practice to share.
