We’re bringing together employee ownership leaders, and business owners seeking to learn more about it, from various industries in the South West of England.

We want to facilitate an exchange of experiences and ideas, exploring both successes and failures in unlocking the benefits of employee ownership. By sharing the group’s past experiences, we aim to collectively move towards a future of greater employee ownership across all our organisations.

Employee ownership is not a silver bullet. But it does unlock opportunities and help with your challenges if you do it for the right reasons, apply effort with consideration, and learn from others who have done the hard miles.
