Charles joined Stephens Scown in 2023, working as a paralegal in the Corporate team.

Some of his work includes:

• Assisting with company share sales.
• Debt restructuring.
• Loan and security agreements.
• Changes to companies’ constitutions or shareholdings.

Completing his degree at the University of Exeter in 2021 and spending time initially working in family law, Charles is now working towards his qualification with the team having passed the SQE1 and SQE2 exams.

Outside of work, Charles enjoys spending time with his young family, and is a keen runner and athletics fan.
