The Role

  • You’ll support the Team Coordinator and Trade Marks Team with a variety of administrative tasks.
  • The focus of your role will be document creation, updating and maintenance of records, diary management, following file management processes, as well as handling client communications.
  • You will be fully involved in the life of the team, supporting us to deliver and achieve against our business development plans.
  • Do talk to us about flexible working, including part time and job share opportunities

About You

  • You are enthusiastic, highly organised and accurate, with a proactive approach to administrative tasks within the team.
  • You will be committed to developing and progressing within the role.
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to deliver exceptional client care.
  • You have the ability to adapt, to be flexible, and to work as a part of a team.
  • You have good ICT and typing skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Previous experience of working in a professional services environment is an advantage.
