Mark is a senior associate in the Commercial Real Estate team and deals with a broad range of property matters including commercial property acquisitions and disposals, property management and secured lending.  He qualified with Stephens Scown in 2013.  Mark advises a wide range of clients including developers, landlords, tenants, lenders and overseas investors.

Recent experience includes:

• Acting on behalf of a Housing Association in the sale of a significant  portfolio of properties for £19.5m
• Advising a property company on the grant and renewal of a number of leases across a portfolio of properties
• Acting for a client in the sale of a large Hotel complex and golf course
• Acting on behalf of a large Care Home operator on a number of property acquisitions and disposals
• Acting for a lender on the refinancing of several healthcare sites
• Advising a Promotor on title issues on a number of strategic land acquisitions across the South West.

Mark is a member of Exeter Round Table and has been involved with several local charitable events. Outside of work he enjoys playing a variety of sports.
