What Should you do?

As HR Manager at Sophie’s Shoes, you are becoming frustrated by the constant absences of an employee, Ted, and his failure to report those absences. The Store Manager is pressing you to resolve the issue. The failures to report absence have not been managed effectively and Ted has not always been reminded of his responsibilities. You are, however, concerned about Ted, as he has mental health issues.
