What Should you do?

As owner of Unicorn Limited, you have just returned from holiday. Whilst away, Alex did paid overtime to cover your responsibilities. Sophie increased her regular paid overtime to support Alex. Now you are back, Alex and Sophie take some holiday. The following pay day Alex and Sophie ask for a meeting. They are angry and say they have read a newspaper article and know you are swindling them out of holiday pay. They think their overtime should be taken into account when calculating their holiday pay.
