Brian is the Litigation Team Leader in Truro. He trained as a solicitor with one of the leading international law firms with whom he spent 10 years after qualification, returning in 2008 to Cornwall where he grew up and was educated. His practice includes contractual disputes, negligence claims and land disputes with a specialist interest in banking and finance litigation. He represents individuals, SMEs and major PLCs and has acted in a number of reported cases including at the Court of Appeal. Outside work his young family takes up most of his time but when he can he enjoys running and tennis.
