Elizabeth joined the firm's Exeter office in 2003 as a paralegal and then went on to become a trainee solicitor, qualifying in 2006. Elizabeth now works from the firm's Truro office and deals with a variety of Private Client work. This involves drafting Wills, including those requiring Inheritance Tax advice, general estate planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, administration of Estates and Probate work. Elizabeth also enjoys dealing with Court of Protection matters such as the registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney and Deputyship applications
