Martyn Coad
Legal Executive and Licensed Conveyancer
Martyn joined the firm in May 2007 following the merger with local firm Graham & Graham having previously worked for a large Plymouth firm. He is a Licensed Conveyancer and a member of the Institute of Legal Executives.
He has experience of dealing with a wide range of property matters acting for individuals, small companies and local developers. He has a particular interest in adverse possession claims and has a Diploma in Landlord and Tenant Law.
In his spare time Martyn enjoys cycling, walking, motor cycling and travelling.
