Jo is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and joined the firm several years from another practice in Cornwall. Jo specialises in Residential Property and is experienced in dealing with all aspects of residential work including sales and purchases, re-mortgages, sales of part, drafting and approving of proposed easements and transfers of equity. In particular, Jo has considerable expertise in dealing with shared ownership transactions and providing advice on tenancy agreements.
