Peter is a partner in the Cornwall Family Team and joined the firm in 1994. He deals with all aspects of family and children work. He is a member of the Law Society's Family and Children's Panels as well as being accredited by Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association) as a family expert with expertise in private child work advocacy and domestic violence work. As well as sitting on Resolutions national domestic violence committee he has provided national training for both solicitors and not for profit sector. He also undertakes all aspects of family related immigration work. He regularly appears as an advocate in both Magistrates and County Courts on all aspects of family work both private and publicly funded. Peter is a member of the firm's Management Board. His main interests are sports related particularly rugby squash and surfing as well as sitting as a governer at his local primary school and supporting the local scout group.
