  • Advising on all aspects of shared ownership leases, such as Newbuild Homebuy leases, Key Worker leases and Social Homebuy leases. Drafting restricted staircasing shared ownership leases and for management work relating to those leases and documenting staircasing
  • Acting for registered social landlords in acquiring their main offices and dealing with lease renewals for them
  • Advising on legislation specifically relating to housing associations including advising on all aspects of disposing and acquiring land
  • Advising and preparing standard documentation for use in private sector renting schemes
  • Dealing with all aspects of rent to home buy schemes
