Stephens Scown is one of a very few practices in the South West with a dedicated rural services team. We are able to provide strength in depth for our clients, through many years combined experience and contact with the agricultural community. All the team are members of the Agricultural Law Association and we also work closely with other organisations in the rural community, like the CLA, to provide information and expert advice on new legislation and policy to help our clients remain informed as the sector continues to experience rapid change.
To help provide a more consistent and convenient client focused service each client can have a single point of contact. As well as offering advice they will take time to listen and understand all the issues involved as well as your personal requirements. Whilst benefiting from the level of expertise and quality of advice of a wide range of specialists the client will only ever have to make one call and the rest is taken care of. Consistent lines of communication and dealing with a single team also helps manage and control costs better, to improve value as well as service.
The Rural Services Team combines expert legal knowledge with an understanding of the market to provide clients with a prompt, professional and pragmatic service that ensures their best interests are represented at all times.
