Scott is a partner in the Corporate Team who deals with general commercial work in the Truro and St. Austell offices. His range of activities varies from simple contractual matters to complex business acquisitions. Scott has broad experience of non-contentious IP and IT, from artistic and computer software copyright through trademarks and designs to patents and royalty agreements. Scott joined Stephens Scown in 1993. Previously he worked for a commercial bank and has a professional banking qualification.
