Philip is a partner in the Exeter Commercial Property Team and was admitted in 2000 after taking his training contract with the firm. He deals with general commercial property matters, including all aspects of commercial landlord and tenant work, estate management, commercial conveyancing and property related business sale and purchase transactions. Philip is also heavily involved in licensing, particularly in relation to the Licensing Act 2003.
