Michael is a partner in the Cornwall Commercial Property Team and is well-experienced in property development. He acts for national, regional and local developers and specialises in the house building sector. He also works within the firm's Corporate Team handling business sales and acquisitions, and he has acted for a number of companies to help them secure funding from the RDA. Michael is on the firm's Management Board with a particular remit for marketing and business development.

Outside the firm he sits on the Objective One Business Task Force for Cornwall with particular responsibility for the high growth sector of the Cornish economy. He is a graduate of Common Purpose.
