Margaret is a partner in the Private Client Team based in Exeter.  She handles wills and probate, inheritance tax and estate planning, trust work and also advises on powers of attorney and other elderly client issues.  Margaret is a member of the Society of Trust Estate Practitioners, Solicitors for the Elderly and The Law Society Probate Section.
