Laura is an Associate in the Employment Team. She specialises in all areas of employment law with a particular interest in the employment issues arising from buying and selling businesses.

Laura acts for both companies and individuals and has experience in advising on a wide range of issues including unfair dismissal, discrimination law, and disciplinary and grievance issues. She also has experience in drafting and reviewing compromise agreements, employment contracts, and companies' in-house employment policies and procedures.

Laura is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
