James is a partner in the Corporate Team, based in Exeter.  He specialises in acquisitions and disposals of shares and businesses, private equity transactions, start-ups and general company law.  James has acted for both public and private companies and joined the firm in March 2006 after 7 years' experience of practising corporate law for firms in both Bristol and Exeter.
