James is a partner and Team Leader of the Corporate Team. James has been with the firm since 1995 after 12 years experience with Richards Butler in London and the Middle East. He specialises in acquisitions, joint ventures, venture capital and corporate finance. He led the corporate team on the sale of Terry Adams for Pennon for £105 million and more recently, on the sale of Weststar Holidays to Phoenix for over £30 million.
