Terry Falcão, our Head of Employment, is a qualified workplace mediator. Where there’s a dispute or there are difficulties between employees or an employee and a manager in any workplace, we’re happy to assist in repairing the relationship and helping you to stay in the workplace.

As long as the parties agree to resolve the dispute through mediation, we can supply an independent and impartial mediator who will look at focusing on the issues and help the parties in repairing the broken relationship. It will be for you and your employer to get a mediator who doesn’t work for a firm or who normally provides advice. In these cases, we’re more than happy to visit a workplace at short notice to try and resolve disputes in a positive way.

Over 80% of mediated disputes are successfully resolved and the costs are significantly less than a full-blown dispute which progresses to litigation. For those reasons, it’s always worth exploring this reasonably priced alternative.
