Sickness Absence and Stress
If you are sick for either a lengthy period of time or have a recurrent illness, it’s likely you'll need to comply with employers’ policies. Employers can be unsympathetic to sickness issues and look at dismissing employees who are frequently ill or who’ve been away for long periods.
