Getting Married

Marriage is one of life's great events - a celebration of commitment and an affirmation of love.

It's also a time of change. It might be the first time you have shared a home or your belongings or finances, or you may have children from a previous marriage and want your partner to have the same parental rights as you.

It also changes your legal rights in ways you might not imagine. For example, marriage revokes an existing Will, so it could be time to make a new one.
