Consumer Related Disputes

If you’ve bought a new car, holiday, timeshare property or another high-value product and find you’re involved in a dispute because you’re dissatisfied with it, we can help.

It might be that it doesn’t meet the standard you’d expect and we have extensive experience of dealing with a wide range of consumer disputes.

We can advise you on the relevant legislation, such as the Sale of Goods Act 1979, the Consumer Credit Act 1974, the Timeshare Act 1992 and the Timeshare, Holiday Products, Resale and Exchange Contracts Regulations 2010.  We can also advise you on your rights to cancel or terminate consumer contracts.

We’ll provide you with practical advice on how to resolve your dispute cost effectively and it may be that you’re entitled to compensation. We’ll help with the best way to pursue your claim, whether by negotiation or mediation or by issuing court proceedings, if appropriate.
