He covered a wide range of work as the office expanded, specialising in civil litigation for the past 15 years, with a particular liking for contractual disputes, property litigation and professional negligence.

Mark Richardson is a Partner and leads up the Property Litigation team at Stephens Scown. He qualified with the firm in 1992, having completed his training at the Truro office. He moved to the firm's Exeter office in 2002 where he established the Property Litigation team within the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team.
