Philip is a partner and a Team Leader in Cornwall of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team. Based in St. Austell Philip has over 20 years' experience of civil litigation, primarily involved in commercial litigation and insurance-related litigation including personal injury work. His expertise includes considerable experience of employment law acting for both commercial and institutional clients. He is a member of the Professional Negligence Lawyers' Association and also the Law Society Personal Injury Panel
