Mark qualified in 1978 having trained with the firm and came to Truro in 1982 to open the Truro office. He covered a wide range of work as the office expanded, specialising in civil litigation for the past 15 years, with a particular liking for contractual disputes, interest rate swaps and other financial derivatives claims, property litigation and professional negligence.

Mark has experience in Cornish Stannary cases, Health and Safety, Pollution (including noise from blasting) and the Mines (Working Facilities and Support) Act 1966

Outside interests include the outdoors, cycling, tennis, fishing and travel.
