Philip is a partner and a Team Leader in the private client department and joined in 2007 from the merged firm Graham & Graham. He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and is an Inheritance Tax specialist, dealing with taxable estates and trusts.


About

He is a member of the Court of Protection's panel of Deputies, acting as receiver for clients who lack mental capacity. Philip is the Under Sheriff of Cornwall and enjoys sailing, mountaineering and shooting.
