Mark Richardson is a Partner and leads up the Property Litigation team at Stephens Scown. He qualified with the firm in 1992, having completed his training at the Truro office. He moved to the firm's Exeter office in 2002 where he established the Property Litigation team within the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team.

About

He is a member of the Agricultural Law Association and Country Land and Business Assocation. He also serves on the board of Cornerstone Housing, chairing the Housing Management Committee.

Mark deals with a wide range of property litigation, whether of an agricultural, commercial or residential nature, including disputes regarding adverse possession, rights of way and leases.

He is an active member of Exeter Round Table and has been secretary for the Devon area.
