Hilary is a Partner in the Cornwall Commercial Property Team. She acts in the acquisition of land (with associated infrastructure agreements) and subsequent sale of plots for developers and a major housing association along with landlord and tenant work.


About

Hilary heads up the Stephens Scown plot sales team for a major housing association and also advises them on legislation and governance issues.

Hilary also advises and acts for community land trusts on the sale of land and ensuring the land’s affordability in perpetuity.

Hilary is also a qualified Company Secretary. 

Outside work, she is a keen runner.
