Sally is a corporate partner based in our Truro office but also frequently working in London and the central south. She joined the firm in March 2011 having previously led the corporate team at Clarke Willmott's Southampton office. She was originally in the City with Allen & Overy.

About

Sally specialises in corporate transactions, including investments, developing businesses, venture capital, company sales and purchases, joint ventures, and various commercial agreements and arrangements. Her work includes international elements and she has led many high profile deals, for example the sale of Organix to Hero AS, (Deal of the Year, Southampton Awards).

Sally has a depth of experience in various sectors, for example mining, food & drink, horticulture and commercial growers, farming, manufacturing, leisure and marine.

She is a keen gardener and garden designer, in her spare time.
