Davina is Team Leader of the Dispute Resolution Team in St Austell. She was born and brought up in Cornwall but studied law at the University of London and qualified with the City firm, Reynolds Porter Chamberlain.

About

She has 20 years' experience as a civil litigation solicitor. Her commercial and insurance litigation experience includes professional negligence claims, tort (including nuisance claims), contract and construction disputes, product liability and property damage claims and also partnership disputes. She was a partner with the City firm Hextall Erskine until 2001 when she re-joined Reynolds Porter Chamberlain.

Davina joined the Team in 2010 after returning home to Cornwall with her family. She continues to offer the same expertise here as well as advising on property disputes and contentious probate litigation.

In her spare time she is a member of the Three Spires Singers; secretary of the Friends of Truro School and a member of the Cornwall Heritage Trust and CPRE Cornwall.
