Alan Tregilgas
Chief Accountant
Alan manages the Accounts section of the firm and has personal responsibility for compliance with Inland Revenue, Customs & Excise and Law Society regulations together with the preparation of regular financial forecasts and reports.
He Joined Stephens Scown on 1 January 1973 as an accounts assistant. Previously he completed five years Articles with a local firm of Chartered Accountants who, at that time, were auditors to the partnership.
He became Chief Accountant in October 1980 and has witnessed the growth of the practice to such an extent that the Accounts Team has more than doubled in size.
