Chris specialises in Commercial Litigation and heads the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team in Exeter. His aim is to combine technical ability and business acumen to achieve the most cost effective outcome for his clients.
The Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession 2009 describes his team as "absolutely first class" and he was described as "a complete shining star" who "knows his subject inside out". In Legal 500 he is described as "one of the best litigation lawyers you could ever come across" and "someone you want fighting in your corner".
Chris graduated from Oxford University and trained with Cameron McKenna before returning to his roots in the West Country. He is a member of the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association and the Law Society Professional Negligence Panel.
